Angie Yoches

Angie Yoches achieved a degree in Business Administration from Bradley University as well as an associate degree in applied science Registered Nursing from Heartland Community College. With these credentials Angie took on several roles over a fifteen-year tenure at Caterpillar from 2000-2015, including Manufacturing Supervisor, Campus Recruiting, Intern Program Coordinator, HR Generalist and HR Manager. Throughout her time at Caterpillar, Angie earned her 6 Sigma black belt certification as well.  

The next phase of her career leaned into healthcare as she moved to McLean County Orthopedics as their Director of Clinical Operations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Angie was inspired to earn her nursing degree and worked at Carle Hospital as a surgical nurse. This unique background of both business acumen and clinical knowledge made Angie a great fit for VirtuSense. She joined the team as Head of People in 2022.  

Angie is passionate about working with people directly, building strong teams, and helping team members develop their skills. As head of HR at VirtuSense, she is able to make a real difference for all VirtuSense employees.
